The month end
On most sites, the record lives in five places.
What if the record were already whole?
A spreadsheet in the grow room. A clipboard in the dry room. A legacy system nobody quite trusts. The invoices somewhere else again. Then the permit report is due, and someone rebuilds a month by hand.
- Cuttings taken from mother M-07
- Moved to Veg House, bench 3
- Harvested for drying, 12.40 kg wet
- Finished drying, 3.10 kg
- Invoiced to Bayside Compounding
One record. Every room writes to it.
Every gram has a history
One batch, room by room.
Each command on the floor writes to the same record, so the weight that left the dry room is the weight that arrives in the lot.
- Waiting for the first entry.

Compliance
Your ODC permit report, from the record you already keep.
HyCultivate builds the Australian ODC permit report from your own records, month by month, with low-THC cultivars (at or below 1% THC) on their own sheet and cultivated inputs normalised to a standard moisture content, then exports it to the form's spreadsheet template.
A report you produce, not a report you rebuild.
The report reflects what your team records. HyCultivate keeps the record; your licence obligations stay yours.

Labels with QR codes
Generate labels for lots and containers from the record.
The assistant
Ask your facility a question.
The assistant answers from your own operational data: batches, lots, inventory, tasks, sales. It sees only what the person asking is allowed to see, and a question that needs data outside their role is refused before it reaches a model.
Your provider
Connect Anthropic or OpenAI and choose the model, per workspace.
Reports on request
Reports the assistant generates are kept and can be downloaded.
Reviewable
Conversations export as plain text, so you can see what it was told.

Questions
What people ask first.
Who can use HyCultivate?
Businesses that hold an Australian ODC licence for cultivation. We check the licence number by hand before a workspace goes live.
Does HyCultivate make us compliant?
No software can. HyCultivate keeps the records your licence requires you to keep, and produces the ODC permit report from them. Its accuracy depends on what is recorded.
Which AI does the assistant use?
The one you choose. A workspace administrator connects Anthropic or OpenAI and picks the model. The assistant only answers from data the person asking is allowed to see.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Inventory can be imported, and an import can be undone if it is wrong.
Can I try it first?
There is no self-serve trial. Apply, and we will be in touch before anything is charged.
